What do you enjoy most about working at Alpine?

I am involved in many different aspects of the company so there is always something to figure out and find a solution for. Great teammates that all care about doing a great job and want to help each other.

What has surprised you most about working at Alpine?

The rapid changes over the years including how much the company has grown since I started.

How does your current role compare to previous jobs you've had?

While there are the usual challenges at times, this has overall been my best job and I am in my 12th year. My previous longest tenure was as a supervisor at UPS for 7 years.

What do you enjoy about the team you work with?

Our team is filled with good and helpful people so I enjoy working with all of them.

What advice would you give to new recruits?

Be patient there can be a significant learning curve but there is also a ton of support you can lean on when needed.
