I enjoy Alpine's positive and supportive culture. I get to interact with people who are always friendly and willing to help.

What has surprised you most about working at Alpine?

You see the culture and value statements before you get the job. And then you start, and realize everyone actually IS that nice. It's a great environment.

How does your current role compare to previous jobs you've had?

Interacting with customers and technicians remotely, rather than face to face, has provided plenty of opportunity to learn new skills, which I enjoy.

What do you enjoy about the team you work with?

Our tech team is highly collaborative, supportive, and goal oriented. It's great to be a part of that.

What advice would you give to new recruits?

Reach out directly to as many people as possible and don't be afraid to ask questions. There's a tremendous amount of knowledge and support available here at Alpine. Don't be shy about seeking it out.
