What has surprised you most about working at Alpine?

The atmosphere and environment; it's a welcome change from prior workplaces, and the focus of growth within the company is unmatched.

How does your current role compare to previous jobs you've had?

When I began at Alpine, I was leaving the grocery business. The pace of work here is much more manageable, the team is incredibly supportive of each other, and training is available when I need it.

What do you enjoy about the team you work with?

The team always wants everyone to win: customers, coworkers, and manufacturers. This value can be seen in everything we do, and I'm happy to be a part of it.

What advice would you give to new recruits?

At first, there will be a lot to learn about HVAC, but once you apply what you've learned towards helping the customer, a whole new venue of opportunities can emerge.
