What has surprised you most about working at Alpine?

I'm most surprised by how much Alpine has helped me grow as a person, and by how many meaningful professional relationships I've developed since I arrived.

How does your current role compare to previous jobs you've had?

It's very unique. I'm constantly having to step outside of my comfort zone, which is rewarding in its own right. In previous roles I could see how my performance affected my immediate sphere of influence, however at Alpine I have a lot more ability to influence the organization as a whole which creates a much deeper level of satisfaction.

What do you enjoy about the team you work with?

I love how we're all growing together and sometimes in surprising ways. It's surreal to think about how far we've come since I stepped into my current role. My team challenges me to be better just as much as I challenge them, and I think that type of synergy is important in the workplace.

What advice would you give to new recruits?

Focus on doing the best you can today and tomorrow will take care of itself.
