What do you enjoy most about working at Alpine?
One of the most important things for me is to obtain a good work-life balance. Working remotely for Alpine has allowed me to do so and I find that I retain the energy and drive needed to perform to a high standard and to come in each day with a smile, ready to give my all.
What has surprised you most about working at Alpine?
I am surprised at how much I have learned and grown. I've had the opportunity to travel, to attend different trainings, and I am so thankful for Alpine's investment in me.
How does your current role compare to previous jobs you've had?
I have held previous jobs in Customer Service, however, Alpine does stand apart from the rest. I've been given the opportunity to work on such a diverse range of challenging tasks. In turn, this has sharpened my skill set and allowed me to express my creativity.
What do you enjoy about the team you work with?
Our team has an outstanding level of collaboration. Our managers are always encouraging, our team is always supportive of one another, and there is always someone willing and able to assist without hesitation.
What advice would you give to new recruits?
Be friendly, be open-minded, believe in yourself, and ask questions!
