What has surprised you most about working at Alpine?

How much your input is valued. We have a system in place that allows feedback across the company. Whether it be a small improvement or an overhaul in a systematic process, you are heard.

How does your current role compare to previous jobs you've had?

My current role allows me to educate customers and my colleagues. In the past I've felt like a number and now at Alpine I feel like a variable to success. One thing to note, in any role, you will learn something new every day!

What do you enjoy about the team you work with?

In every team here, there is always comradery. Even in a Work From Home environment, we utilize our technologies to stay connected. Furthermore, through our technology, we have created an office-like feel. Minus the break rooms, we get our moments to crack a joke and add to the fun throughout the day!

What advice would you give to new recruits?

Always remember we strive to provide World Class Service in our industry. With that, we change fast and are constantly learning. While we may deal with products that most consumers only understand the basics on, most importantly, our goal is our customer's comfort and quality of life.
