What do you enjoy most about working at Alpine?

I love the friendly, family atmosphere. Anyone and everyone is always there to help when you ask.

What has surprised you most about working at Alpine?

How helpful everyone is, from the PC to upper management. I have never had a company where I can go all the way to the head person and ask a question and not get reprimanded for not "following the chain of command". They never make you feel stupid for asking questions.

How does your current role compare to previous jobs you've had?

I've worked in call centers for the last 22 years, and by far this is the best company ever. Better work environment, equal work and family life, friendly and helpful.

What do you enjoy about the team you work with?

How it feels like a family. They aren't just my co-worker but my friends.

What advice would you give to new recruits?

Never be afraid to ask questions. The family is here to help you succeed in your position.
